Enrollment for 2016/17
Our open enrollment period for the 2016-2017 school year begins on February 1st.
Due to changes to the MPCP and WPCP programs, all choice applications are made through the Department of Public Instruction’s website. A link to that site is below.
Additional assistance with the online applications is available if needed. Please contact the school office to make an appointment for assistance.
Applications are available from the school office and will be accepted up through the first day of classes for the new school year.
After the first day of classes please refer to the Mid-Year Enrollment Information.
2nd Semester Enrollment
Enrollment for seats opening in the second semester may be submitted beginning October 1st.
Applications will accepted in the months of October through December thruogh the online application system. Please use the link below or schedule and appointment in the school office for personal help with your application.
We are not able to accept applications for 2nd semester enrollment through the WPCP. Please contact the school office for information on non-choice enrollment opportunities.
Applications for semester enrollment will be accepted October through December.
Students wishing to enroll after the first day of school after the new year should refer to the Mid-Year Enrollment Information.
There are times when student must change schools in the middle of the school year. This is most commonly due to a change in the parents or guardians employment or due to purchasing or renting a new home.
Families who would like to enroll at Salem at a time other than the beginning of the school year or second semester should contact the school office for more information and to set up a meeting with the school principal. The school office may be reached at:
